Privacy at HomeScreens

We at HomeScreens believe that you deserve and are entitled to confidentiality. At HomeScreens the security of those who take our screening tests, this page will direct you through all the procedures we take to ensure your privacy.

Confidentiality Forms

For the sake of participant's privacy, all volunteers and others involved with the screening aside from the participant are required to sign a Confidentiality Waiver that states they may not disclose any of the participants names or descriptions of the participants appearance to ensure their privacy.

Service ID Number

While operating at our affiliate centers, participants names and centers are connected to their service ID based on the time that they complete a HomeScreens Test. These tests, along with a thoroughly researched list of affordable and accessible mental health services like crisis lines and support groups are given back to participants after processing.
